I am 65 years young. Since my 27th year, I have been lifting weights and taking care of my daily diet. I have been doing cardio regularly: running, cycling, and dancing, but last year I hung up my dancing shoes. My whole life I have worked, studied, done a lot of volunteer work, and traveled a lot for my work, but I have taken daily time for myself to maintain a healthy diet and exercise. During the 1980s, I competed in women's bodybuilding under 52 kg. In July of this year, I competed again in the women's physique open class. Since my retirement in 2018, I have embraced this hobby 100%. I intensify my training, follow a proper diet, take supplements, and try to rest as much as possible. WHY? I realized that if I want a quality life as I get older, I have to take care of my body and mind. "Getting old is destiny, but how to get old is a choice.” And that choice I made

We, women, can do better in life while getting older. We need to enjoy life, having our own life with no control and no restrictions, and we are entitled to peace of mind.
